Contact Interact Club
The Pittsford Interact Club is a student-led organization composed of students from Pittsford Mendon and Pittsford Sutherland High Schools. The club is dedicated to making a positive impact in our school and the greater community through service, leadership, friendship, and fun. Sponsored by the Pittsford Rotary Club, our members plan volunteer projects, support local and global causes, and develop the confidence and teamwork skills needed to lead with compassion. Whether organizing community events, building meaningful connections, or creating opportunities to give back, Pittsford Interact empowers students to live the spirit of Service Above Self every day.

FRIENDSHIP 

Friendship is at the heart of the Interact Club experience. Through shared service projects, team activities and meaningful conversations, members build genuine connections that extend beyond the classroom. Interact creates a welcoming space where students support one another, celebrate differences, and grow together as compassionate leaders. By fostering kindness, teamwork, and a strong sense of community, the Pittsford Interact Club shows that lasting friendships are one of the most powerful ways to make a positive difference in the world.
 

COMMUNITY SERVICE

Community service is the foundation of Interact Club and the way members turn compassion into action. Through volunteering, organizing donation drives, and partnering with local and global organizations, students work together to meet real needs and create meaningful change. Each project gives members the opportunity to develop responsibility, empathy, and a deeper understanding of the world around them. By serving others with dedication and heart, the Pittsford Interact Club lives out the Rotary motto of Service Above Self and inspires a lifelong commitment to helping the community.
 
  
 

LEADERSHIP

Leadership in Interact Club is about empowering students to take initiative, collaborate with purpose, and inspire positive change. Members gain hands-on experience by planning service projects, guiding teams, speaking with confidence, and making thoughtful decisions that benefit their community. In a supportive and encouraging environment, students learn that true leadership is rooted in responsibility, empathy, and integrity. Through these experiences, the Pittsford Interact Club helps young leaders grow into confident individuals who are ready to make a meaningful difference both now and in the future.
 

FUN 

Fun is an essential part of the Interact Club experience, bringing energy and excitement to everything we do. Alongside meaningful service and leadership opportunities, members enjoy team-building activities, social events, and creative projects that strengthen friendships and create lasting memories.
