Rotary Club of Pittsford Annual Edward Francis Community Service Award

 
The Rotary Club of Pittsford presents an annual award for service provided within the community. This award is in memory of Pittsford Rotarian Edward Francis who was a model to all who serve.
The nominating criteria for this award includes the following:
  1. The nominee must be either a resident of Pittsford or a person employed in the Pittsford community.
  2. The nominee cannot be a member of the Rotary Club of Pittsford, but is known for practicing the Rotary International motto 'Service above Self' in her/his daily life.
  3. The nominee has made a specific contribution in the community either as a volunteer or beyond the routine expectations of her/his employment.
Nominations can be submitted by any active member of the Rotary Club of Pittsford using the online form or the paper form below. All forms must be submitted no later than May 8, 2018.

The Selection Committee will review all nominations and select a recipient by June 1, 2016. The Selection Committee's choice will then be confirmed at the May meeting of the Club Board of Directors. The award will be presented at the Club's annual change-over dinner in June  .
