Election Night Pasta Supper
Our annual Election Night Pasta supper makes for a great teambuilding exercise. Pete Crooker and Don Henderson, co-chairs of the Pasta Super have done it again! They broke-up the volunteers into several groups: cooks, servers, delivery, clean-up, set-up, take-out, wait staff and ticket sellers.Serving started at 4:30 (to serve the volunteers). But the guests did not start streaming in until 5:15 pm. By 7 pm the serving line started to trickle down. The take-out
boxes were prepared by another team in a separate room. Some of the interact students delivered the take out boxes to the drive-thru while the others assisted guests to their table, waited on customers, set-up the tables and cleaned-up afterward.
